Welcome to the Leadership Development Standards Self-Assessment.  The purpose of this assessment is for you to self-evaluate in order to improve towards Pivot's leadership standards. You will complete the initial self-assessment at the beginning of the school year. You will be asked to complete follow-up self-assessments at the mid-year point and at the end of the academic year in May.
