Welcome to the Leadership Development Coaching Self-Assessment.  The purpose of this optional assessment is for you to self-assess in order to improve towards Pivot's leadership coaching standards. This self-assessment is not required and will not be used in any type of performance review. If you chose to, you will complete the initial self-assessment at the beginning of the school year and a follow-up self-assessment at the end of the academic year in May.
