LAS PALMAS RENTAL POOL OWNERS’ SURVEY

You have received this survey because our records indicate that your unit is part of the rental pool managed by Dolphin Beach Rentals. The Las Palmas Homeowners’ Association is not affiliated in any way with Dolphin other than as the lessor of the space it rents in the clubhouse. However, Dolphin’s on-site and internet presence, as well as its representation of many Las Palmas owners, often makes it the de facto “face” of our community. As such, your Association is interested in your opinions and comments.

In response to suggestions by some Las Palmas owners, a committee was formed to interact with Dolphin. Dubbed the “Committee for Improving Relations with Dolphin Beach Rentals, its goals are to create an owner satisfaction survey and offer suggestions for improving owner-rental company relations. The committee is chaired by:

Please fill out this survey as completely and candidly as possible. You may remain anonymous or, if you wish, you may include your identity. Only one survey should be completed per unit assigned to the rental pool. If you own multiple rental units at Las Palmas, please still complete one survey, but indicate on the form the number of units to which your opinions apply.

We would like to present the results of the survey at the Annual Meeting scheduled January 22, 2010. To do that, we need your completed surveys by January 10, 2011. Please scan your completed survey and e-mail it to David Frenznick at [email protected]
