To assist the Shire of Lake Grace management in continuing the high standard of service delivered at the Lake Grace Swimming Pool, a survey has been compiled regarding the operational hours for the pool season 2014/15.

The Lake Grace Swimming Pool works on a single pool manager working at any given time. Currently two managers are employed and work on a rotating roster. Registrations of interest for a third pool manager (Casual) are currently being sought. Pool managers are able to work a five hour shift before they are required to take a minimum of a half hour break. Due to this five hour shift the pool remains open for a maximum of four and an half hours which allows for fifteen minutes preparation to open and close the pool.

Under special circumstances (school swimming carnivals, swimming lessons and community events) two pool managers may be utilised and paid to cover the hours needed. This can affect the overall money allocated to the pool budget for the pool season.

Please note one (1) survey per household.
