Throughout the questionnaire we use a series of broad terms that can be described as follows: the term "organization" is used to refer to PMI overall. The term "Knowledge Sharing platform" is used to refer to the current online platforms - JAM, OnePlace and Workpoint (WP). "Information" refers to any kind of tangible knowledge (e.g. documents, data, methodologies, brand news, organizational changes, etc.).
