This questionnaire is designed to understand in-depth the way information and knowledge circulate within the organization.

Throughout the questionnaire we use a series of broad terms that can be described as follows: the term "organization" is used to refer to PMI overall. The term "Knowledge sharing tools" or "Knowledge sharing platform" is used to refer to the current online platforms - JAM, OnePlace and Workpoint (WP). "Information" refers to any kind of tangible knowledge (e.g. documents, data, methodologies, brand news, organizational changes, etc.).

Knowledge management refers to the process of consciously and comprehensively gathering, organizing and sharing knowledge within the organization, in terms of resources, documents, and people skills.
