Dear Parents

You are invited to participate in our survey for Kinellar After School Club.
All parents will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the KASC Service. KASC distibute a survey annually which allows us to continually improve the quality of our service, this also meets the requirements of the Care Inspectorate.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and anonymous however if you wish to enter your name and email address you will be entered into a prize draw! It is very important for us to learn your opinions so that each year we can implement improvements to satisfy both the children and the parents.

Remember we want to know areas that you feel are the positive aspects of the club in addition to anything that could be improved.

We will provide a report on the survey responses along with any actions or responses to parent comments. If you have questions at any time about the survey contact us by emailing [email protected].
