Consumer behavior is the study of human being and the procedures they use to choose products and services to satisfy their needs and the effects that these processes have in turn on the consumer and society.

Consumers nowadays are constantly employing tool in the online shopping process. This process can be described as an electronic process which gives consumers the opportunity to deal with business people and meet their purchases’ needs.



The intensive usage of social media by both companies and consumers and the high level of interests to perceive consumer behavior on the web have boost the need of developing studies that focus on consumer behavior towards social networks.
