Hello:
You are invited to participate in our survey. We are the 4th year students in Lyceum of the Philippines University - Laguna, Philippines. Taking up Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management specialized in Cruise Line Operations in Hotel Services. This is a part of our requirements as a graduating student this coming March 2014. In this survey, approximately 1700 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about Job Satisfaction of Seafarer's On-Board Carnival Cruise Lines. It will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
