The Jarden Operations Council chaired by Shuchen Li is contemplating a fall meeting in October. This group is focused on manufacturing operations and will, in fact, be renamed the Manufacturing Council after their Spring meeting next month. In your opinion, does the addition of an annual Operations Executive Conference replace the need for a Fall Manufacturing Council meeting? We're very sensitive to both time and money and realize that there is some overlap between the two groups.

Yes, one Manufacturing Council and one Operations Executive Conference are sufficient each year.

No, I believe two Manufacturing Council meetings per year is appropriate.
