Comments about User Support Services (Help Desk). User Support Services (Help Desk) is responsible for receiving calls for support, resolving as many issues as possible over the phone, and escalating complex issues to ITS technicians via work order
The Desktop Support area is responsible for responding to work orders for hardware and software as escalated by the Help Desk.
