You are invited to participate in my survey about ITPNZ Libraries data collection as part of my research paper for BA in Library & Information Studies with the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.

You will be asked to complete a survey that asks 10 questions about the collection and use of reference data in your library. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project and your survey responses will be strictly confidential.
