I am entering notes and emails into Sales Force whenever I communicate with someone outside MCBI (such as clients, vendors, partners, etc)

Entering and tracking tasks for work orders and administrative projects is easy to do

I feel comfortable that the data in Sales Force can be used to filter and find (and presumably communicate with) various companies and people unlike we were ever able to do before
