This questionnaire is aimed in finding out the most common factors contributing to IT project failures in the organisations in Ghana. IT projects tend to have higher rates of failures unlike the other projects and this often can jeopardise company’s prospects. The data obtained will be analysed to help find out those common failures that occur.
The information given will be kept accurately and will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 S.33 and S.9 of the Data Protection Order. The data will be destroyed once the project has completed.
