Hello
You are invited to participate in the Potato Council's survey on irrigation and water use policy.
The Water Framework Directive (WFD) was introduced in 2000 by the European Union, with the aim of improving the quality of all water bodies. Many previously established agricultural water use directives are now included under the common framework of the WFD. And in the future, changes in the WFD will result in new water use practices on farms.
We would welcome your views on irrigation and water use policy, your responses will help shape the stratagies Potato Council implement to help growers adapt to changing water use policy in the future. It will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your participation in this study is encouraged but completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact our technical executive, Chris Steele on 024 7647 2051 or by using the email address specified below.
Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
