Insight Summer School 2014 Registration Form

Insight Academy of Arizona Summer School Information

Dates: June 2, 2014 – June 27, 2014 AND June 30, 2014-July 25, 2014
Time: 3 hours a day per course, up to 2 courses per session
Who may Register: Currently enrolled ISAZ and AZVA 10th-12th grade students and newly enrolled SY2014-2015 10th-12th grade high school students.

Cost: $99.00 per course -- Make check or money order payable to Insight Academy of Arizona. You can also pay by PayPal- http://tinyurl.com/PayPalSummerSchool2014

How to Register:Complete the summer school registration form, then print and mail a hard copy of the registration form, along with a check or money order.

Registration deadline is Friday, May 16th. Course selection form and payment must be received by Friday, May 16th to guarantee placement in the 2014 summer session. No refunds after May 30, 2014.
