Thank you for taking the time to participate in the survey. The purpose of the survey is to measure the relationship between information security success factors and a successful information security culture in organizations. The survey questions are categorized using the information security success factors. The survey will help Scholars, Researchers, and Information Technology Professionals improve information security in organizations. All responses will be kept private and confidential. The Information Security survey will take 10 minutes to complete. There are 30 structured closed-ended questions including five demographic questions.
