Er is een werkgroep binnen NTS Systems Development bezig om de arbeidsvoorwaarden te verbeteren. Dat heeft geresulteerd in een lijst van mogelijke verbeteringen waar wij graag jouw mening over willen weten.

Bijna alle verbeteringen kosten geld dus we kunnen niet alles doen. Daarnaast speelt de zogenaamde werkkostenregeling een rol die bepaalt dat er een maximum is aan deze uitgaven.

Vandaar dat we je uitnodigen om deze enquête in te vullen. Het kost ongeveer 10 minuten en we zullen je antwoorden vertrouwelijk behandelen. Als je vragen hebt, neem dan contact op met Nico Meijerman.

Within NTS Systems Development we have a workgroup that is looking at improving the working conditions. We have made an inventory of possible improvements and would like to have your opinion on them.

Almost all of them will require an investment from NTS, so we can’t do them all. Another problem is that some are part of the so called "werkkostenregeling" which limits the amount of expenditures that are allowed.

You are therefore invited to participate in our survey. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The responses will be strictly confidential. If you have questions about the survey, you can contact Nico Meijerman.
