The purpose of this survey is to discover the impact of mentorship in on women in terms of raising their numbers in managerial positions and breaking any career barriers facing them in the workplace- as part of research for a dissertation with the University of Manchester in partial fulfilment of a Msc. in International Development: Human Resource Management and Development
