As part of your enrollment in the “Computer Networks” course, we would like to assess the course and obtain valuable feedback for the future. For this purpose, we will collect all of the materials you produce in the course (e.g., assignments, portfolios, videos of teaching sessions) and administer a few questionnaires throughout the semester. This questionnaire is the first in a series that you will participate in over the next several months.

You will be assigned a four-digit numeric ID for the questionnaire and subsequent research study documents (including course materials, tapes of teaching sessions). A list linking your name to the ID’s will be kept in a locked cabinet and destroyed at the end of the study. Moreover, all of the original documents will be kept in a locked cabinet. Data will be reported only in the aggregate and no individual-level information or names will ever be released. There is no risk associated with your participation in the study.

If you have any questions or concerns about the study, or if you would like to withdraw from all or a part of the study, please contact Dr. Josipa Roksa at the address/phone/e-mail provided below. Partial or complete withdrawal from the study will have no consequences for your participation or standing in the course.
