Dear NCG Survey Participant,

We have been engaged to conduct an assessment of the effectiveness of current Human Resources programs and support on behalf of National Counseling Group. We have developed a short survey to assist management in identifying priorities and further developing an HR plan for the future.

Your answers will be completely confidential and your anonymity is guaranteed. Titan Group will not disclose any individual results with management. Summary data only will be provided in order to provide insight into areas of strength or for improvement. This survey is designed to be simple and take about 15-20 minutes to complete.
