The Risks & Opportunities section summarizes risks and opportunities facing the hospital. Risks and opportunities are grouped into categories, and may be identified automatically by MyQHR (e.g., "The hospital's Days DNFB is greater than 9"), or added by a team member (e.g., "Hospital board is interested in a Clinical Practice consulting engagement to remedy poor HCAHPS scores"). You can filter to see the status of risks and opportunities in each category, and drill down for the specifics on any given issue, including related action plans and tasks.
