Purpose

We are Pacific Lutheran University students working on an organizational diagnostic assessment to understand employee perceptions of the merger of HomeStreet and Fortune Bank. We will be presenting our findings to Chris Sakas, Senior Vice President of Wealth Management. This survey seeks to understand the perceptions of HomeStreet and former Fortune employees regarding the merger. In addition, this survey provides an opportunity for employees to voice any concerns, recommendations or experiences to management in a confidential manner. We hope you will use this opportunity to share your feedback with management.

Confidentiality statement

Your responses to this survey will remain completely confidential. After data has been collected your email address will be removed from your individual data file and replaced with a unique numerical identifier in order to obscure your identity. As an additional measure to ensure the confidentiality of your individual identity, survey results will be reported in aggregate form when shared with HomeStreet management.
