You are invited to participate in a survey about gym classes.
This time I am offering two types of classes:
Conditioning classes: 55 min class. After a short warm-up, we exercise each of altogether 8 muscle groups for about 4 minutes each, using lighter weights. Each muscle group gets one round of training. The class ends with a cool-down/stretching section.
"Circle" training: 55 min class. After a short warm-up, we exercise each muscle group for about 12-14 counts, using heavier weights. Each muscle group gets several rounds of training.
In the survey, I am asking you to indicate whether you would prefer conditioning or "circle" classes, and the time slots convenient for you. You can mark as many as you want. If you wish to select an item, you can do so by typing an X under the item (so if you want conditioning classes, type X under "conditioning class" - you do not need to write "yes", typing an X suffices). If you do not wish to select the item, do not write anything underneath (there is no need to write "no" when you mean no). The most often selected class/type combinations will be the "winner" classes.
