Hello Graduate Student:

You are invited to participate in our GSA annual survey. In this survey, the entire graduate community has been asked to participate. You will be asked a variety of questions, which will help inform the GSA, its executives, and the university in its strategic planning, program development, and resource allocation over the next year.

This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete, and we look forward to receiving your feedback.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and entirely anonymous, and the answers will not be tied to you as an individual. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Please be thoughtful in your responses as you can, as your input will directly impact the GSA's strategic planning.
