Gotta Run/Fit Eats!

For those new to our group, I am Karen and my background is in Dietetics, RD. Since moving to Texas almost 4 years ago, I have come to love running. I have been with Alain since his first session. He has graciously allowed me to be part of sharing my love for nutrition with running. Typically, I just post nutrition information on the Facebook page and I have had some one-on-one time with some of you. Overall, the information shared has been at my discretion. What I would like, however, is to know what you would like to read, hear about and/or answer questions you may have while training? So I thought it would be fun to gather data from our group regarding demographics, fitness status, health and eating habits. Primarily, to help me, help you! Please feel confident that the results are summarized as a group. It is completely private and I do not have access or see an individuals answer.
