For those new to our group, I am Karen and my background is in Dietetics, RD. Since moving to Texas almost 4 years ago, I have come to love running. I have been with Alain since his first session. He has graciously allowed me to be part of sharing my love for nutrition with running. Typically, I just post nutrition information on the Facebook page and I have had some one-on-one time with some of you. Overall, the information shared has been at my discretion.  What I would like, however, is to know what you would like to read, hear about and/or answer questions you may have while training? So I thought it would be fun to gather data from our group regarding demographics, fitness status, health and eating habits. Primarily, to help me, help you!
