Hi Everyone, this is Mia:

For my management course I am writing a paper on change in the workplace and I am personally inviting you all to give a little feedback about the changes happening in the PMC office.
If you would not mind sharing some of your ideas, I thought it would be so much more interesting and pertinent to my studies to examine a real-life situation of change in the workplace.
It will take approximately 5-15 minutes to complete the questionnaire depending on whether or not you opt to complete written questions.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and you can withdraw from the survey at any point. Also, please answer as many OR AS FEW of the questions as you feel to. No question *requires* an answer.

Going paperless is a really good idea. There are many advantages.
