Hello: I am a Graduate Diploma student and You are invited to participate in my survey The Glass Ceiling exists on Women Career Development of
Finance and Banking Sector of Sri Lanka. In this survey, approximately 100 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the issue in survey topic. It will take approximately15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project.
