Get Ready 2 Work Questionnaire to Bulgarian Employers

Dear employer, thank you for supporting us in the Research and Analysis phase of our Get Ready 2 Work project!

Main objective of this project is to contribute to integration and active employment of disadvantaged groups in Bulgaria by examining and transferring successful models of soft skills trainings, incl. language training and labour market insertion programs for this target group from Austria and Germany, where similar projects have already delivered great results.

The current project envisions the development of several supporting training measures in the process of disadvantaged youth’s employment – a long-term program for disadvantaged young people, a 2-days training for HR staff and coaching support for the HR personnel.

The aim of this particular project questionnaire is to research the attitudes of Bulgarian SMEs, concerning the employment of “difficult young people” – readiness, advantages, potential challenges and to adapt the planned training programmes to their needs.

The questionnaire on hand is consisting of 15 questions that should not take you longer than 15 minutes to complete.

• 18 - 25 years old
• from socio-economically disadvantaged background
(e.g. from orphanages)
