You are invited to participate in our GenXY 2012 Public Survey. In this survey, the general public will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about what they feel GenXY could do to better benefit the GLBTQ Youth Community. It will take approximately 3 minutes or less to complete the questionnaire, depending on comments on responses.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. GenXY is focused on supporting GLBTQ Youth in rural areas. To do this we need a better understanding of what you feel is most important for us to be working on so the youth we help get the most support we can provide. Please tell us what you feel needs to be of focus for GLBTQ Youth.
   
 
 
 
GenXY is currently in the process of making some major upcoming changes, one which includes changing our name to a name that is not generational. Please give us any suggestions that you have regarding a name change. This can include specific name ideas or suggestions that you feel we should avoid.
