Construction industry has been overwhelmingly male dominated for years, and on many jobsites women construction workers are not welcome. There are a lot of challenges faced by women throughout the field either in handling and managing the project itself or the workers especially men. The ignorance mentality and perception of women joining construction industry is high. The aim of this research is to acknowledge and enhance the success of women in facing challenges in construction industry.
