Informed Consent
Dear E.T.C Leader:
Welcome!
This study is conducted by a graduate student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology Department in the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Once you agree to participate, you will be provided a survey that explores the gender demographics in this company. It will take less than 5 minutes to complete.
This study has no anticipated risk for participants. However, you can decide to end your participation at any time, or not to answer certain questions. In order to keep participant’s privacy and data secure, the researcher will encrypt all data collected which ensures that only the researcher can access to research data. After the study has been completed, the researcher will continue to keep all the data encrypted and won’t disclose any identifiable information to any individual or party without participants’ authorization. To participate in this study, you must be 18 years old or older and currently work more than 20 hours each week in E.T.C.
