Hello, you are invited to participate in my survey to help further my personal investigation in the Food and Hospitality workplace. In this survey, approximately 10 people will be asked to complete this survey that asks questions about the work place that you work in. It will take approximately ten minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be used as part of my study.

* Does the use of technology impact on the business? If so, how? Eg, less energy cost, more food being able to be cooked at the one time and quicker to prepare.
