Nebraska Fusion Liaison Officer Program Survey
The Nebraska Information Analysis Center’s Executive Board is asking we send this survey out to law enforcement agencies that serve a population of 5,000 or more. This survey will assist the Executive Board in development of a Fusion Liaison Officer Program.
A more detailed explanation was sent to you in a letter from Captain Knorr dated Thursday June 14, 2012.

Would your agency support a Fusion Liaison Officer Program by dedicating an officer or officers to receive training?

Below are the duties of a Fusion Liaison Officer; which roles, do you feel, would be valuable to the enhancement of your mission.
Please check all that apply.
Collecting, reporting, retrieving, and sharing of materials related to terrorism &/or criminal acts.
A source person "go between" for internal or external inquiries of NIAC.
A contact for communicating with community stakeholders in matters related to terrorism.
A contact person for community and private sector relationships.
A person that conducts, coordinates, and/or facilitates training, meetings, conferences, and other information sharing activities that may relate to terrorism or criminal acts.
Someone who is a point person or administrator to the information sharing Homeland Security Network Website (HSIN). This will eventually be the web site where all products from NIAC are uploaded and shared.
