With the new team at the Spinney we are looking to develop the clinical lead roles so that each clinical lead will have protected time with the lead nurse or team member as well as protected time to do any projects/learning that have been identified to improve patient care and systems. At this stage I would just like to find out if you are interested or not interested in each topic. if you are interested but not familiar/confident - don't let that stop you... we can help ! AND don't feel afraid of being interested in more than one area!
