General Instructions
for Enumerators:

1.      Use Codes for capturing the responses
wherever mentioned in the questionnaire

2.      All the responses which yield numerical
should be captured in “digits “not words. For e.g. the response for Q. No. 1.2
should be recorded as “26” not “Twenty-Six”.

3.      Question specific guidelines are
mentioned wherever needed, please adhere to the same while interviewing the
clients.

4.      In case, the response of the client
falls under “others” code category, please capture the exact response of the
respondent.
