Now that you have been with Rural/Metro for a while and completed all, or most, of your field training, we'd like to know your thoughts on our New Employee Orientation Program (NEOP) and your Field Instructor (FI) training.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this survey will be reported only in the aggregate. We plan to use the survey responses to improve these 2 programs.
