Dear Participants,

You have made history! Congratulations on being the pioneer set of participants
in the timely crusade to save lives from needless, untimely deaths.
The energy in the room was simply electrifying! Our Speakers were great and
their presentations absolutely brilliant! Thanks to you, there was never a
dull moment and we enjoyed every part of working together with you to bring
the Heart Health and wellness retreat to fruition.
None of this would have been possible without your contribution and
sustained participation throughout the retreat. Together, we re-ignited
a fire for improved lifestyle in Nigeria and succeeded in forging a
reliable scenario for health cautious individuals to articulate their views
on steps towards eliminating, managing and reversing lifestyle related diseases in
Africa. The mind-boggling consensus , was that 'Our Health' and indeed
'Our Future' remains firmly in our own hands. With your support, we fully
intend to keep the fire burning, and look forward to channeling our
collective energies towards achieving favourable outcomes on behalf of the
clients we serve, our healthcare sector and nation as a whole.
Brookfield Center For Lifestyle Medicine would like to thank and appreciate you
for your keen participation
at the retreat . We look forward to seeing you again during our
subsequent retreats throughout 2014. The next Heart health and Wellness
Retreat is scheduled to hold on the 6-8th June, 2014.
Brookfield Center for Life Style Medicine promises a bigger and better
event. We look forward to this with great anticipation and excitement. We
would gladly appreciate a feedback regarding the retreat. Kindly take the
survey below to help us in our planning and organization next time.
God bless.
