The following is a short survey titled "Employee Engagement Programs: Benefits beyond compensation". I am conducting this as an independent project work to gauge the perspective of Corporates in India with respect to Employee Engagement Programs. The learning behind the same would be to find the relevance of providing personal financial planning avenues to the employees as part of Employee Engagement Programs.
