You are invited to participate in our survey on Feedback in writing part 1. In this survey, people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the feedback they usually receive on their writing. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. 2. Do you usually receive feedback from your writing? Specify.

3. How do your teachers provide you with feedback? (Asking question / underlining section of your writing / using an abbreviation system / Orally / Writing comments on your writing / etc.) Explain.

4. Do your teachers normally focus on the content (ideas expressed) of your writing or on its form (spelling, grammar, punctuation)?

5. In general, do you find it easy to understand your teachers’ corrections on your writing? Why? Why not?

6. Do you find the feedback systems used by your teachers helpful for you to improve your texts? Why? Why not?

7. Do you normally have opportunities to talk to your teachers on how to improve specific texts?

8. Are you allowed to rewrite your texts after receiving feedback from your teachers or are your texts evaluated immediately?
