In your opinion, what improvement is needed in Support Engagement Framework (SEF) to ensure a collaborative working environments between AM, AD & shared services team
SEF is yet to be followed consistently across all departments, need senior management support on this.
SEF initiative has started showing positive results and it will only get better going forward
Beyond SEF initiative, better communication & trust is required for good working relationships between teams
I am not aware of SEF initiative, it would be good if management educates me on this
