The Aga Khan University Hosipital, Nairobi (AKUH,N) has contracted Associate Consulting Africa Ltd to conduct a survey on employee satisfaction. The purpose of this survey is to obtain information about employees' honest views and opinions on AKUH,N’s work environment and overall level of satisfaction as an employee. The survey is expected to inform decision making by helping promote good working conditions and the work environment at AKUH,N in general.
