Factors that contribute to the exhibition of Organ

Dear Respondents,

We are students of Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). We are currently doing our final year project with title “factors that contribute to the exhibition of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) in Private Higher Educations Institutions (PHEIs) in Malaysia” in order to complete our honours program.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness of OCB in education industry by identifying the potential factors that affects OCB in PHEIs. This research will help to provide better understanding on how to improve or encourage OCB in non-profit organizations and PHEIs.

You are invited to participate in our survey. In this survey, approximately 422 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

This questionnaire consists of Section A and Section B. Section A is about the potential factors that affecting OCB and exhibition of OCB. Section B is about the personal details of the respondents. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
