You are invited to participate in our employee exit interview. Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. However, your participation in the online exit interview survey is very much appreciated. This online survey will allow Community Links, Inc. to capture information that will help us to understand why people choose to voluntarily leave the company. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
Research has shown there are many reasons why people choose to voluntarily leave an organization. This online tool will help Community Links, Inc. to better understand these trends.
