Hello:

I am a Cranfield University student conducting research related to risks associated with using non-potable water at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP). The aim of the research is to understand the opportunities, risks and barriers associated with non-potable water use including views on needs and expectations, risk management and governance. The research project is sponsored by Thames Water and the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC).

All data collected in this survey will be completely anonymous and will only be used for the purpose of this study. Data will be stored in line with the Data Protection Act and treated in an aggregate format, never using your responses individually. Once you have completed the questionnaire, you have up to 4 days to withdraw your data from this study, as after this time it will not be possible to identify your individual data from the aggregated results.
