You are invited to participate in our study of exercise habits among college students. We hope to learn more about the specific exercise patterns of Bryant students. You were selected as a possible participant in this study because you attend Bryant University, and we would like to know more about your exercise routine, or reasons for not exercising if you don’t.
If you decide to participate, you will be asked several questions. We do not expect these questions to harm you or be offensive in any way but please do not answer them if you find them offensive in any way.
Any information obtained in connection with this study will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to the general public in a way that can be traced to you. All data will be pooled for analysis and your responses will remain anonymous. No participant other than the researchers will be identified in any written reports or publications and only anonymous data will be presented.
Your participation is totally voluntary, and your decision whether or not to participate will not affect your future relations with Bryant College or its employees in any way. If you decide to participate, you are also free to discontinue participation at any time without affecting such relationships.
