This questionnaire is developed for Project for Etisalat Telecommunication Company, this questionnaire is executed by German University students for the aim of gathering significant and adequate data regarding potential customers perception about Etisalat Company, its capabilities, competitors and the most important their perception about the new service that we are providing to Etisalat Company. The proposed service is a money transfer service named “Etsialat Hesabek” , where customers are able to transfer money through mobiles and receive it in cash from Etisalat branches , or Etisalat ATM machines, where they also could have access to their accounts and the transactions performed.
