Employee Resource Groups

PepsiCo’s Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) are committed strategic business partners for PepsiCo to drive an inclusive culture, foster innovation and growth worldwide.

Definition:
An Inclusive culture is a work environment that welcomes and embraces the strengths or our differences, supports volvement, and provides everyone equal access to portunities and information. In an inclusive work environment, people feel comfortable and respected, regardless of individual differences, talents, or personal characteristics

Environmental Sustainability (i.e. new receycling programs, community clean-up efforts, and etc.)
