We are gathering information on the employers’ expectations of Vocational and Technical Education (VTE) graduates for the 21st century workforce. The study is to identify the skills and personal traits that are particularly sought after in the labour market as well as employers’ perceptions of vocational and technical education. The aim of the survey is to provide information that could be used for the purposes of curriculum and course development so that the programmes offered by VTE are in line with the industries expectations from our graduates.
