Employee Training Initiative

The IT Department is evaluating approaches to increase your understanding and effectiveness with the various technologies available to you at IFG. You are invited to participate in our survey of Employee Training. The purpose of this survey is to gain feedback on what topics you, as an employee, would like to learn more about.

In this survey, Hartford employees will be asked to complete questions about what training employees would like to participate in moving forward. It will take approximately 1 - 2 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. You can withdraw from the survey at any point, however, it is very important for us to learn your opinions! Data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate and will be used only to assist in developing future training for employees.
